Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment.

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days This includes order confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging preparation.

How Your Flowers Are Packaged

To protect your faux flowers during transportation, some stems, leaves, or petals may be gently folded or arranged to reduce package size.

This is completely normal and does not mean your flowers are damaged.

After Receiving Your Package:

Carefully separate each stem.
Adjust leaves and petals by hand.
Shape flower heads into your preferred style.
Gently bend wired stems if needed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist before your order enters the shipping process.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
